If I could describe this desk in one word, I would say handsome,
It is vintage and dates from around the 1930's having beautiful dovetail joints, brass hinges and a stunning golden oak patina, one that we no longer see in modern carpentry.
Everything has been kept original, from the original key to the brass details, leather writing surfaces, oak bar handles and even the racing green paint on the interior, this has been cleaned and restored sympathetically.
The interior of this large desk is made from ply and has space for stationary, the rest of the desk is all solid oak so is extremely solid. It has 4 spacious drawers and a lockable drop down lid. Please note a regular laptop or ipad would fit inside with the lid closed.
This is a rare example, often desks in this style have a flat top so an unusual find.
Condition is excellent for its age and a standard kitchen chair will fit underneath too.

We offer free delivery on small items, such as artwork. Smaller furniture items are shipped at a flat rate of £30 and all larger furniture items are shipped at a flat rate of £60 per item.
When an order has been placed, I will contact a courier company within 24 hours to book in a collection. At that point your details will be passed on so the delivery driver can make contact with you at a later date to arrange a suitable delivery date with you.
We advise a usual delivery time of between 1 and 2 weeks, however this can vary a little and can sometimes take longer depending on your location.

We offer the option to return your item for a full refund within14 days, however please note that any delivery costs incurred including return delivery will not be refunded, also consider the item will need to be sent back with the original courier in the original packaging and inspected for any damage before a refund can be issued.
