Unique Chest of drawers with a Deco style, made in a beautiful shape.
Made from English Oak dating from the 1930's with the most stunning original handles, this is well made, heavy and stands solid.
The chest has been sanded back of dark varnish and prepared properly before painting with a dark teal green chalk based paint, the finish is textured and painterly to add patina but smooth to the touch. The variations in colour and addition of waxes add more depth and character. This has then been distressed for an authentic faded old world look which I feel really suits the piece.
The original Deco handles have been cleaned up and waxed.
This chest oozes character and is in great vintage condition. There has been no woodworm and the drawers all open smoothly.

We offer free delivery on small items, such as artwork. Smaller furniture items are shipped at a flat rate of £30 and all larger furniture items are shipped at a flat rate of £60 per item.
When an order has been placed, I will contact a courier company within 24 hours to book in a collection. At that point your details will be passed on so the delivery driver can make contact with you at a later date to arrange a suitable delivery date with you.
We advise a usual delivery time of between 1 and 2 weeks, however this can vary a little and can sometimes take longer depending on your location.

We offer the option to return your item for a full refund within14 days, however please note that any delivery costs incurred including return delivery will not be refunded, also consider the item will need to be sent back with the original courier in the original packaging and inspected for any damage before a refund can be issued.
