A matching pair of Mid-century bedside cabinets, likely dating from around the 1950’s as they have a kitsch style about them. These very much remind me of the retro Formica kitchens back in the day and have that kind of style with iconic tapered legs and metal, quite futuristic handles. These were originally made with brown formica doors and back panels and matching brown vinyl covered trims but have since been reimagined with a more contemporary black and white pinstripe effect wood veneer and black vinyl, which compliments the mid-century style well.
The cabinets feature two-tiers which are practical and a cupboard beneath for storage.
In good vintage condition, these stand solid and the doors open smoothly, fastening with catches; however please bear in mind that these are made from solid chipboard material in parts which is covered in vinyl and not painted, as such, there are some natural imperfections since these are hand finished and not machine made. It is nothing that detracts from the pieces though and as the cabinets were so unusual I really wanted to give them a new life, they have a great vintage look and are fit for use.
These are truly unique and eye-catching, would work brilliantly in a vintage styled bedroom to provide the ideal place for a morning cup of coffee or a night-time read.

We offer free delivery on small items, such as artwork. Smaller furniture items are shipped at a flat rate of £30 and all larger furniture items are shipped at a flat rate of £60 per item.
When an order has been placed, I will contact a courier company within 24 hours to book in a collection. At that point your details will be passed on so the delivery driver can make contact with you at a later date to arrange a suitable delivery date with you.
We advise a usual delivery time of between 1 and 2 weeks, however this can vary a little and can sometimes take longer depending on your location.

We offer the option to return your item for a full refund within14 days, however please note that any delivery costs incurred including return delivery will not be refunded, also consider the item will need to be sent back with the original courier in the original packaging and inspected for any damage before a refund can be issued.
